Reaching out for therapy often happens at a moment when something feels distressing, heavy, confusing, or hard to carry alone. You may be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer make sense. You might not yet have clear words for what is troubling you – only a sense that something needs attention or something needs to change.

I offer a calm, confidential space where you can take time to speak freely and be met with care, warmth, and thoughtful attention. Therapy is not about being judged, analysed, or “fixed”, but about being accompanied as you begin to make sense of what you are experiencing and see through challenges and difficulties and find new ways of relating to your inner and outer world.

Counselling

Counselling offers a supportive space to talk through current difficulties and life challenges. It can help you reflect on what is happening in the present, gain clarity, feel less alone and see through what you are facing. Counselling is often focused on understanding experiences as they arise and finding ways to cope and more forward.

Psychotherapy​

Psychotherapy provides a safe, deeper space to explore emotional patterns, relationships, and inner experiences. It often involves reflecting on how past experiences shape present feelings and ways of relating. The work unfolds through a therapeutic relationship that allows for understanding, emotional processing, and meaningful change over time.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It can help identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies to manage difficulties such as anxiety or low mood. CBT is usually structured and goal-focused, supporting change through increased awareness and skill-building.
